Lawrence Zimmerer Collection. Album 1 of 5 of Deer Park, Washington.

There are a total of five albums (listed below). There are two albums for Deer Park, one of schools from many years ago, one of Clayton and surrounding areas and the final one being the Arcadia Orchards. There are 148 photos in the Lawrence Zimmerer Collection. There are only two non LZ photos included. One is the portrait of Lawrence and Mary in Deer Park 1. The other is the photo of the second Loon Lake School in the Clayton Album. All others were taken or acquired by, as well as captioned by Mr. Zimmerer himself. Identifying the photos, the location and the many hundreds of people was a monumental task. The CDPHS society is very grateful to be entrusted with the opportunity to share this on the Internet.
We would like to thank Dan Huffman and the Deer Park School District for digitizing Lawrence Zimmerer's 3 photo albums.  This made it possible for Mr. Zimmerer's pictures to be seen by many more people.

He later sold the mill to a Mr. Riley who in turn moved it to Camden, WA. Mr. Gimmel repossessed the mill and sold it to a man in Montana. Mr. Gimmel is with the horse and buggy.
